AceShowbiz - Sydney Sweeney has had a shocking revelation about her sleeping habit. In a newly-published interview, the leading lady in "Anyone But You" unveiled that she only needs two hours of sleep at night.

The 26-year-old actress opened up about her daily habit, including how she sleeps every night, in an interview with WSJ Magazine for their My Monday Morning series. Speaking to the magazine, she said, "I sleep however many hours I get in a night." She went on to state, "But I'm known for being able to function off of very, very little for a very long amount of time."

Sydney further spilled that she would choose to drink a glass of water over a cup of coffee. She claimed, "I've never tried coffee before. I just drink water." About what she likes to eat for breakfast, she stated, "For breakfast, I like a berry bowl. Maybe some granola, bacon, a croissant, but I always go to berries."

Aside from her sleeping habit and diet preferences, the "Immaculate" actress also talked about her Monday morning routine. She told the magazine, "First I hug my dog, Tank, and we cuddle. Then I'll go and wash my face, brush my teeth and get ready to jump start the day."

During the chat, the actress portraying Cassie Howard on her series titled "Euphoria" additionally discussed the exercises that she does to maintain her fit physique. She mentioned SolidCore before explaining that it is a "full-body high-intensity workout but on a reformer." She also shared that she likes her workout even though it has been "killing my a**."

Elsewhere in the interview, Sydney teased her next car project. She revealed, "I have a car I'm about to start. I don't want to spoil what it is yet because I'm going to post it on my TikTok, but I've had it for a while. I've been saving it, and it's going to be my project this year while I film 'Euphoria'."
