AceShowbiz - Sacha Baron Cohen has denied Rebel Wilson's claim about him in her upcoming memoir. The "Borat Subsequent Moviefilm" actor issued a statement after the "Pitch Perfect" star called him an "a**hole."

Representatives for the English comedian strongly rejected the accusations of bad behavior on set. It read, "While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby."

Rebel, who worked with Sacha for the 2016 flick, initially claimed a Hollywood actor had "threatened her" after she revealed her intention to name and shame him over his previous behavior in her forthcoming memoir, "Rebel Rising". She said the same man had hired a crisis PR manager and lawyers to try to prevent her from writing about him.

"Now the a**hole is trying to threaten me," the Australian native wrote on Instagram Stories. "He's hired a crisis PR manager and lawyers. He's trying to stop press coming out about my new book. But the book WILL come out and you will all know the truth."

In a new post shared on Sunday, Rebel finally unveiled the name. "I will not be bullied or silenced with high priced lawyer or PR crisis managers. The 'a**hole' that I am talking about in ONE CHAPTER of my book is Sacha Baron Cohen," she penned.

When Rebel first publicly mentioned this incident, she said that the experience prompted her to adopt a "no a**holes" policy for job offers in America. "I worked with a massive a**hole, and, yeah, now I definitely have a a**holes policy. Chapter on said a**hole - it is chapter 23, that guy was a massive a**hole," she said.
