Revealing the news was TMZ. Sources told the outlet that the 35-year-old "is actively speaking with attorneys right now." It's also said that the reality star is ready to make further allegations against her spouse.
According to sources, Christine met the lawyers to reveal details about the ups and downs in her marriage to Christian before the recent incident. While it's unclear if Christine plans for a divorce, it's unveiled that her relationship with Christian "feels irrevocably broken."
Christian was arrested on Tuesday 19 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He allegedly hurled a glass bottle at Christine, but the glass bottle "missed the victim but hit the victim's child, causing injury." Accompanied by the realtor, the 2-year-old baby boy was later taken to the emergency room via ambulance.
According to Page Six, the couple had gotten into a verbal argument that led to the incident. Christian was pictured taken into custody while he was barefoot and wore a white robe.
Christine, who tied the knot with Christian in 2019 and welcomed their son in 2021, reportedly obtained a seven-day emergency protective order against her husband. She has yet to publicly comment on the incident.
One day after the arrest, police were seen roaming the property with their guns drawn. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department told Page Six that the officers were just conducting a "building search," which is done to determine whether there is an active threat on the scene.
However, a source claimed to the news outlet that Christine didn't make that call. The insider added that the TV personaliyt and her son are at a separate "safe location."
