AceShowbiz - Ray J is taking news update about Princess Love's dating life seriously. The rapper has responded to rumors that his estranged wife is now dating John Boyega, less than a month after they filed for divorce for the fourth time.
Ray J was asked his opinion on the dating rumors during his appearance on "Way Up With Angela Yee". Seemingly having not heard it before, he asked, "Who? Let me see." He took off his shades and signaled that he needed his reading glasses.
"You don't gotta look too hard," Angela's co-host teased him. "I just wanna see. I just want to be able to see if he is a good guy. Is he a good guy? In he a nice guy? Is he a nerdy guy?" he explained.
Once Ray J got a better look at the man who is allegedly dating his estranged wife now, he clapped his hands in approval. "Oh that's cool. I like him," he said of the "Attack the Block" star. Angela asked for confirmation, "You approve? He's alright?"
"Yeah, 'cuz you don't want to be with that dude. That's when it's like okay," the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star responded. The co-host chimed in, "He needs to be solid if he's going to be around your kids," before Ray J added, "He seem like a good dude."
Princess and John sparked dating rumors after they were recently spotted out and about together. In a video, the fashion designer and the British actor were seen doing karaoke at Station 1640 in Los Angeles.
While they appeared to be in a group outing, their body language signaled they're an item. At one point in the clip, the 32-year-old actor wrapped his arm around a cheesing Princess. Internet sleuths additionally noticed the two started following each other on Instagram.
Like Ray J, fans also approved Princess dating John. "Princess Love with John Boyega??? Love that for her sawry," one social media user reacted. Another remarked, "This is a major upgrade. Good for Princess!"
A third joked, "Ray J somewhere in the corner singing 'if I had one wish.' " A fourth commenter said, "Love this for her," adding "She held on to that bs relationship too long! That’s right! Move on sis!"
