The 'All of the Lights' rapper and the 'Expensive' spitter's latest collaborative set is back on the music streaming platform after being removed for hours due to a distribution issue.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign's album has resurfaced on Apple Music following a brief removal. Shortly after being removed from the music streaming platform, the "All of the Lights" rapper and the "Expensive" spitter's latest collaborative set titled "Vultures 1" made it back on the app.

On Thursday, February 15, Kanye and Ty seemingly got everything under control as the two artists and their team were able to put their album back on Apple Music. Earlier in the afternoon, it was pulled from the platform.

The album, which consists of 16 tracks, was also scrubbed from iTunes. Aside from that, it was wiped from the Apple Music charts, where it debuted at No. 1. However, the app did not offer any explanation on the reason why the record was removed.

Earlier that same day, it was reported that a distributor wanted to take down the album. Speaking to Billboard, a spokesperson for Fuga said, "Late last year, FUGA was presented with the opportunity to release 'Vultures 1'. Exercising our judgment in the ordinary course of business, we declined to do so."

The spokesperson for the "business-to-business tech and distribution platform for labels" went on to state, "On Friday, February 9, 2024, a long-standing FUGA client delivered the album 'Vultures 1' through the platform's automated processes, violating our service agreement. Therefore, FUGA is actively working with its DSP partners and the client to remove 'Vultures 1' from our systems."

The removal of "Vultures 1" came only one day after one of Kanye and Ty's songs was no longer available on Spotify. On Wednesday afternoon, February 14, the track titled "Good (Don't Die)", which is featured in the album, was taken down from the music streaming platform per a request from Donna Summer's estate.

Donna's estate wrote in an Instagram Story on the official Donna Summer account Saturday, February 10, "Kanye West… asked permission to use Donna Summer's song I Feel Love, he was denied… he changed the words, had someone re sing it or used AI but it's I Feel Love… copyright infringement!!!"

Kanye and Ty released the "Vultures 1" album on Saturday, February 10. The set consists of 16 tracks, including "Good (Don't Die)" and "Vultures", which was alleged by Ozzy Osbourne to have featured a sample of "Iron Man" without consent.
