Tameka Foster talks about the 'perks' of having the 'Yeah!' hitmaker as her former husband after the singer got her VIP tickets to the NFL championship in Las Vegas.

AceShowbiz - Usher gave his ex-wife Tameka Foster VIP tickets to the Super Bowl. The 45-year-old singer married his longtime girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea - with whom he has daughter Sovereign Bo, three, and two-year-old son Sire Castrello - on Super Bowl Sunday, February 11 while they were in Las Vegas for his performance at the Halftime show.
The "Caught Up" hitmaker's former spouse - who is mother to his sons Usher Raymond 'Cinco' V, 16, and Naviyd Ely, 15 - has since declared that one of the "perks" of Usher being her ex is that she got to attend the Super Bowl in style.
Speaking to the New York Post's Page Six column, she said, "One of the perks of having Usher as an ex is going to the Super Bowl. It's facts." She then quipped, "I'm not dating anybody that can't take me to the Super Bowl. That would not be my trajectory. But seeing Usher performing was definitely a perk."
Tameka insisted she was surprised by the wedding news because she thought the couple had already exchanged vows. She told TMZ.com, "I thought he'd been married. I don't know. I stopped keeping up with that type of thing. That's like his second ... third ... I don't know. I don't even keep up with his personal [life]."
Tameka - who was married to Usher from 2007 to 2009 - added of her ex, "He's a good dad. That's what I care about."
Prior to his Super Bowl performance, Usher opened up about his relationship with music executive Jennifer, telling PEOPLE, "Listen, when you find someone that you know is a great partner, of course it is an honour and a pleasure to be able to share life with someone who wants to share it with you and loves you, who you are."
"We've obviously made a commitment to life for life together because of our children. It wouldn't be odd for us to get married. We already did here. You know what I'm saying? And we're going to be in each other's lives until we die, obviously, because we have something to share. That's beautiful. Our children. But not because of that. I really do feel like I have an amazing partner that I respect."
