Poking fun at himself, the 'Black-ish' actor admits that he needs a stuntman as he is not 'as young as [he] used to be' after being rushed to the emergency room due to an incident during filming in South Africa.

AceShowbiz - Anthony Anderson has seemingly been back to himself following an on-set accident during the filming of his upcoming movie. The actor has poked fun at himself after being sent to the emergency room due to "movie set fight gone wrong."

On Friday, February 2, the 53-year-old made light of his brief hospitalization as he shared an update from the set of his movie. Sharing pictures of several chairs on the set, he wrote, "When I got on set today these a** holders were being a**holes and talking s**t about my hospital stay." He jokingly insinuated at getting a revenge as he bragged, "Needless to say I whooped some a** today! I didn't need a stuntman for that!"

Anderson first revealed his ER visit on Thursday. Making use of his Instagram page, he shared a photo of him lying on a gurney while in what looks like an elevator. Looking in good spirits, he flashed a victory sign while flashing a big smile to the camera.

"I spent the night in the emergency room," he informed his followers in the caption. "Movie set fight gone wrong. Me against two goons and a chair! Guess who didn't win! Who needs a stuntman? Me that's who! I'm not as young as I used to be!"

The "Black-ish" star assured that he's okay as he continued, "CT scan and X-rays showed nothing fractured or broken in my back just a deep contusion." He went on joking, "That chair will never be the same though! Bloodied and bowed but never broken!"

In another post, the comedian showed a chair that he blamed for his ER visit. "This is the chair that whooped my a** last night!" so he claimed. "Something about it is menacing! It sucker punched me in the kidneys and back with no mercy! When I got on set today it was grinning at me! Little does he know I got something for that a**! He gone learn today!"

Anderson didn't reveal what movie he was filming when the incident happened, but he has been in Cape Town, South Africa, where his upcoming movie "G20" was scheduled to film. The movie also stars Viola Davis, Anthony Starr and Clark Gregg.
