The mom of four, who has been open about battling the skin disease for years, reveals that she has no idea what triggers the flareup as she hasn't changed her diet recently.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian's battle with psoriasis has yet to end. "The Kardashians" star made use of her Instagram account to share with her 364 million Instagram followers what it looks like to get a psoriasis flareup on her leg.

On Tuesday, January 30, the reality TV star posted on Instagram Stories a video of a large red patch on her calf. "How crazy is my psoriasis right now guys," the 43-year-old said. "It's like all up my leg and I don't know what's happening but I got to figure this out… this is crazy."

In another slide, the mom of four went on to reveal that she had no idea what triggered the flareup as she hasn't changed her diet recently. "Not gonna lie this is painful. Not sure what my triggers are. I haven't changed my diet. I've tried everything! Psoriasis sucks," she wrote.

Kim, who has been open about battling the skin disease for years, also noted in one video that the rash is growing even though she usually has a small spot on her leg. The SKIMS founder shared, "But now I can tell it's going down my leg and up my leg and all up my thigh. I just know it's time to figure this out."

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum appeared to try to be positive despite the painful disease. "Wait am I tripping or is my psoriasis in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day," she pointed out, before sarcastically adding, "Lucky me, I have a heart-shaped psoriasis."

Kim Kardashian got candid about her psoriasis struggle.

Prior to this, Kim explained that she uses the controversial tanning beds in her office to treat her psoriasis. After she bragged about having a tanning bed and a red light bed in her SKIMS office, Kim received backlash with Allure Magazine writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, "Please, Kim Kardashian, don't try to normalize tanning beds. The stats about tanning and cancer are terrifying."

In response to that, Kim defended herself and wrote, "I have psoriasis and it really helps when it's bad. But I don't use it too often." The National Institute of Health has confirmed that tanning beds are popular remedies for psoriasis.
