The 'Drivin' Me Wild' rapper can see himself settling down and starting his own family one day after he confirms he's in a relationship with 'The Jennifer Hudson Show' host.

AceShowbiz - Common claims he is the "marrying type." The 51-year-old rap star recently announced that he's dating Jennifer Hudson, and Common - whose real name is Lonnie Lynn - has now admitted that he's open to tying the knot one day.
"I feel like I have grown and the work that I've done on myself has allowed me to see that I am a marrying type," Common shared during an appearance on "Today with Hoda and Jenna".
The rapper explained that he's "capable" of marrying someone and "at some point in my life, I may want to do that." Common added, "I would communicate with that person and if she's feeling that, then why not?"
The "Drivin' Me Wild" hitmaker feels his attitude towards relationships has matured over time. Common - who previously dated Tiffany Haddish - explained, "Certain things that I would do in relationships were based on childhood experiences and I wasn't being totally present in the relationship. I would carry things that had affected me before and would project that on to the person."
"Once you start recognising that and just having an understanding of, 'I need to be present,' and you're conscious of that, you can step back and say, 'Hey, let me assess this and really be true and honest with what this relationship is.' And not bring my garbage, my baggage."
Common and Jennifer, 42, actually confirmed their romance during an appearance together on "The Jennifer Hudson Show". The rap star shared, "I'm in a relationship that is with one of the most beautiful people I ever met in life. She's smart, she loves God, she has something real down-to-earth about her, she's talented."
