Zayn Malik Looks Sharp When Attending 1st Public Event in Five Years at Paris Fashion Week

The former One Direction member was last spotted in a public event in 2018 when attending a Tom Ford presentation with Anwar Hadid, the brother of his now-ex Gigi Hadid, for New York Fashion Week.

AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik has finally made his first appearance at a public event in more than five years. The former One Direction member attended Kenzo's runway show during Paris Fashion Week on Friday, January 19, and he looked sharp in his outfit.

When stepping out to the brand's fall/winter 2024-2025 fashion show, the 31-year-old donned a navy blue patterned tweed suit with a white shirt underneath. He styled his signature dark locks in a voluminous, slicked-back 'do and sported a 5-o'clock shadow.

At the event, Zayn took a picture along with fellow musicians Pharrell Williams and Rita Ora. They were also joined by former CEO of Christian Dior, Sidney Toledano.

This marks Zayn's first major event since 2018. At the time, he was seen sitting front row at a runway show when attended a Tom Ford presentation with Anwar Hadid, the brother of his now-ex Gigi Hadid, for New York Fashion Week.

Zayn's appearance at Paris Fashion Week arrived after he was announced as an ambassador for the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary back in December 2023. Of the achievement, he said, "Hopefield Animal Sanctuary provides a safe place for abandoned and mistreated animals. They educate the local and afar communities on animal welfare and I'm honoured to be partnering with them to spread their message and save animals in need."

Dave Schlaich, CEO of Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, added, "We are so excited and proud to welcome Zayn as an Ambassador for Hopefield Animal Sanctuary." He continued, "The winter months are the hardest for the sanctuary so this has given all our staff and volunteers a great boost."

"Zayn is such a compassionate animal lover," Dave further stated. "And we are Incredibly grateful that he is so kindly putting his passion and energy into helping share our message of loving behaviour towards all animals around the world and supporting the essential rescue work we do here."
