The 28-year-old pop star reveals in a new interview that parting ways from her partners didn't always end badly, and she's happy to see her exes move on.

AceShowbiz - Breakups are not always bad for Dua Lipa. In fact, the "Levitating" singer revealed that she split amicably from her previous partners and writing songs about it makes her feel good.

The 28-year-old beauty opened up about that matter in p=https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-features/dua-lipa-third-album-influences-dating-life-acting-1234945422/]Rolling Stone's February cover story[u]. "Dating, I think overall, is just a little confusing," she began.

"It's either through friends of friends or people you trust where you can meet new people, because [dating] is not really so straightforward when you are, I guess, a public person," Dua, who was previously in a romantic relationship with Anwar Hadid and director Romain Gavras, added.

"I think I've had breakups in my life where I felt like the only kind of breakup you could have was when things just ended really badly. Things ending in a nice way was such a new thing," the pop star continued. "It taught me a lot."

Dua got candid about how the healthy breakup she went through inspired one of her favorite singles on her upcoming album. Although the song title and its release date remain unknown, it's said to be about feeling mature and in a healthy place as an ex moves on.

On the track, the British singer reportedly sings, "I must have loved you more than I ever knew." She goes on, "I'm not mad/ I'm not hurt/ You got everything you deserve."

Of the song, Dua explained, "When you have a feeling like that one, you feel really grown." She further elaborated, "Because you're like, 'Oh, whoa, I'm such an evolved human being that I can see my ex move on and feel good about it.' "

Dua is now reportedly dating actor Callum Turner. The two sparked romance rumors after they had a brief dance at an after-party for the premiere of his series titled "Masters of the Air" earlier this month at Avra in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

During the slow dance, the "Dance the Night" singer was wrapping one of her arms around the "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore" star's shoulders. They were then seen leaving a room and heading to a bigger one. The two were walking close to each other with her arm still on his shoulders as he placed his hand around her waist.
