In the legal documents, which were submitted by the Jonas Brothers singer in Miami, Florida on September 5, he wrote that his and the British beauty's marriage was "irretrievably broken."
On the reason behind their separation, it was reported that Joe and Sophie have been experiencing "serious problems" in their relationship.
