Mark Sheppard All Smiles as He Leaves Hospital Following Six Deadly Heart Attacks

The actor, who is known for playing the demon/King of Hell Crowley on 'Supernatural', was seen leaving the hospital on Thursday, December 7, with post-op drains being connected.

AceShowbiz - Mark Sheppard appeared to be in good spirits after he was discharged from the hospital. The "Supernatural" actor, who had six deadly heart attacks a few days prior, was seen all smiles on his way home.

On Thursday, December 7, the 59-year-old was captured grinning from ear to ear and dishing out some hugs to the hospital staff. He, however, still had post-op drains connected.

Mark came clean with his health scare on Saturday. Sharing a photo of him in his hospital bed, he began his caption, "You're not going to believe this! Was on my way to an appointment yesterday when I collapsed in my kitchen. Six massive heart attacks later, and being brought back from dead 4 times I apparently had a 100% blockage in my LAD."

"The Widowmaker. If not for my wife, the @losangelesfiredepartment at mullholland and the incredible staff @providencecalifornia St Joseph's - I wouldn't be writing this," the English native, who is known for playing the demon/King of Hell Crowley on "Supernatural", added. "My chances of survival were virtually nil. I feel great. Humbled once more. Home tomorrow! #spnfamily."

Many have since sent out well-wishes and prayers to Mark. One in particular was his "Supernatural co-star Misha Collins, who jokingly commented, "Mark! You don't need to do the most and biggest every time! 6 heart attacks? 2 or 3 would have been impressive enough. You've impressed us, okay. Now stop with this heal up and get back on the road with us. Love you, pal."

Felicia Day replied, "Omg mark I am so glad you're recovering this is awful! Sending all my love to you and the family." Matthew Bomer penned, "Glad you're ok Mark. Sending [love]."
