The 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' actress and the former 'Dawson's Creek' star appear cheerful at Joshua Tree National Park after it was reported that they are officially dating.

AceShowbiz - Lupita Nyong'o and Joshua Jackson appeared to have confirmed that they are in a romantic relationship. The "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" actress and the former "Dawson's Creek" star had a PDA-filled date shortly after it was reported that they are dating.
On Wednesday, December 6, the 40-year-old Oscar-winning actress and the 45-year-old actor were spotted spending time together at Joshua Tree National Park in San Bernardino County, California. In pictures making their rounds online, they could be seen strolling around the park while having a seemingly nice conversation during the sunny day.
Throughout the outing, Lupita and Joshua couldn't keep their hands off each other as they were pictured holding hands in all of the photos. At one point, they looked smitten with one another as she was seen adoringly gazing at him while they were walking side-by-side. The two appeared to be in good spirits and flashed their radiant smiles in some of the snaps.
The romantic day out came shortly after it was revealed that Lupita and Joshua have something more than a friendship. Earlier that same day, a number of sources spilled to Daily Mail that the two are "officially dating."
"Things have slowly turned to romance between the two. They have been amazing friends for a long time and Josh didn't want to ruin that," one of the sources stated. "But as they've hung out more and more and dealt with their breakups, dealing with it together has added another level to their friendship. Now it is a physical relationship. They are a couple."
Lupita and Joshua sparked romance rumors in October after being spotted attending Janelle Monae's concert in Los Angeles together. At that time, they were caught on camera standing close next to each other in the audience at the show.
On Tuesday, December 5, the two actors added fuel to their dating speculations. They stepped out together in Los Angeles and went to Erewhon Market for grocery shopping. They were also seen together in a Tesla and at a convenience store.
Prior to the new romance, Lupita dated Selema Masekela before she announced their split on October 19. In the meantime, Joshua is married to Jodie Turner-Smith and was slapped with divorce papers earlier that same month.
