The 'Let's Get Crazy' singer appears in good spirits when photographed walking on the sidewalk to her car in New London on the same day her lawsuit is officially dismissed.

AceShowbiz - Cassie seemingly can breathe a sigh of relief now. After making explosive allegations against her ex Sean "P. Diddy" Combs in a shocking lawsuit, the singer appeared in good spirits when photographed for the first time since reaching a settlement with the rapper.

The "Official Girl" songstress looked carefree and radiant during her first public sighting since settling the lawsuit on Monday afternoon, November 20. She was all smiles when photographed by paparazzi as she was walking on the sidewalk to her car in her hometown of New London, Conn.

The 37-year-old was dressed casually in a gray sweatshirt, matching sweatpants and chunky sneakers. Her dark and naturally wavy long hair was let loose and blow in the wind as she seemed to sport little-to-no makeup for the outing.

She literally got her hands full during the outing. The mother of two was holding the hand of her eldest daughter Frankie, who turns 4 years old in December, and carried a bright pink puffer jacket and a boxed of game of Twister among other belongings in her other hand.

She shares the daughter with her husband Alex Fine. The pair are also parents to 2-year-old daughter Sunny.

The sighting came just a few hours after Cassie's lawsuit against Diddy was officially dismissed earlier on the same day. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Monday, the case was ended in the eyes of the law that day in New York. The document reads, "Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party."

Cassie filed the bombshell lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Diddy on Thursday, November 16, accusing the hip-hop mogul of rape, abuse and sex trafficking during their relationship from 2007 until 2018. One day later, they quickly reached a settlement.

"I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control," Cassie said in a statement released on Friday. "I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support."

Diddy, for his part, declared, "We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love." His attorney Benjamin Brafman later stressed that the settlement was in "no way" an admission of his client's "wrongdoing."

The lawyer stated, "Just so we're clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs' decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best."
