The 45-year-old first dropped the word "Biermann" from her page following her split from her now-estranged husband. However, she has changed her Instagram handle from @kimzolciak to @kimzbiermann.

Hours after Kim made the silent move, Us Weekly revealed that she and Kroy "are getting along" for the moment. A source additionally told the outlet, "They aren't technically back together, but they are working on their marriage."

A few days prior, Kim and Kroy celebrated a special milestone in their relationship. Despite their split, the estranged couple stepped out for a dinner date to mark their 12th wedding anniversary.

The exes enjoyed meals at Mezza Luna Pasta and Seafood in Smyrna, Georgia, on Saturday, November 11. The reality star documented their night out via Instagram Story by sharing a video of them clinking glasses along with restaurant staff.

At the top of the video, the TV personality gushed, "What an incredible night!" She also unleashed a photo of her showing off her outfit from the romantic dinner. In the accompanying message, she gushed, "Happy, Thankful, Grateful, AND Blessed."

Kim and Kroy initially pulled the plug on their 11-year marriage by filing for divorce from one another on May 5. They called off the divorce in July, but he submitted the divorce paper again in August.

In the following month, Kroy filed court documents to request permission to sell their property, noting that he and his estranged wife Kim are "financially destitute." In the docs, obtained by Page Six, he stated that they must be permitted to unload their house because the IRS has placed a $1.1 million lien on it.
