The 29-year-old 'Saturday Night Live' alum reportedly calls out a fan for violating his no-phone policy when he takes the stage at City Winery in New York City.

AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson isn't going to let rule-breakers slide. The "Saturday Night Live" alum reportedly called out a fan for violating his no-phone policy when he took the stage at City Winery in New York City on Thursday, November 2.

According to Us Weekly, Pete halted his set to scold the "sneaky fan" and even shouted, "F**k you!" The comedian later instructed his security guard to kick the person out of the venue. He also claimed that he "pays $10,000 to lock up [your phones]" before proceeding with his comedy set.

A rep for City Winery confirmed the incident. "There was a couple in attendance who brought 3 phones into the venue which was confirmed when they were escorted out by security and had all content removed," the rep told Page Six.

"It's unfortunate one bad seed disrupted Pete's performance," the City Winery rep continued. "Our staff takes pride in providing a great atmosphere for all of our performers and attendees."

Pete wasn't the only comedian to set the no-phone policy during his comedy show. They usually had Yondr pouches so the audience members could put their devices into it, preventing them from using their phones during the show.

Despite the incident, Pete didn't bring up the matter for the remainder of his performance. "The King of Staten Island" star discussed his personal ups and downs, including his struggle with addiction and his reckless driving charge. Pete also joked about his attempts to find his mom Amy a boyfriend.

That aside, Pete is currently enjoying his new romance with Madelyn Cline. The actor and the "Outer Banks" star sparked dating rumors in September, shortly after he split from Chase Sui Wonders. "Pete and Madelyn are dating," the source shared at the time. "They spent the night together at the Beverly Hills Hotel and then had breakfast together there the next morning."

Of the alleged new couple, the insider claimed that they tried to go incognito during their date. "They were really low-key and kept things casual, wearing baseball hats," the insider added.
