AceShowbiz - T.J. Holmes is close to legally single again. Nearly one year after he made headlines with his secret romance with Amy Robach, the former "Good Morning America" anchor and his estranged wife Marilee Fiebig have reached divorce settlement.

According to Us Weekly, attorneys for T.J. and Marilee filed the finalized paperwork on Wednesday, October 11. According to online records, a certificate of dissolution has been processed in New York County Supreme Court, while the settlement and divorce judgment are pending.

Details of their divorce agreement are currently unknown as the documents have been sealed. The former couple has a court appearance scheduled for January 9, 2024, per Page Six's report, but it remains to be seen if they will appear in person.

T.J. and Marilee, who is an Atlanta-area attorney, got married on March 1, 2010 in Memphis, Tennessee and share a 10-year-old daughter, Sabine. The former pair reportedly separated in August 2022, before his relationship with Amy was exposed to public.

Days later, Marilee broke her silence on the affair and confirmed their decision to get a divorce. "Marilee's sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her daughter," her attorney Stephanie Lehman told Us Weekly in January. "To that end T.J.'s lawyer and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible."

The attorney added, "We continue to be disappointed by T.J.'s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party's daughter. Marilee has been touched by the outpouring of support and looks forward to a new beginning in this new year."

According to reports, Marilee was "blindsided" by T.J.'s affair. Although they had been separated, they were reportedly attempting to reconcile. "She’s devastated. She had no idea. They haven't been together in [a while], but they were trying to work it out," a source told Page Six at the time.

T.J. and Amy are still together now. In August this year, they made their relationship Instagram official. In their first post since their social media comebacks and the affair scandal, they shared an identical black-and-white photo of their matching running shoes.

"#nycmarathon2023," the controversial pair captioned the snap, adding a pair of running emojis. They have since shared more updates on how they have been preparing for the upcoming NYC marathon in November.
