The Queen of Pop is scheduled to kick off her 'Celebration Tour' on July 15, but her recovery from a serious bacterial infection is not going as quickly as she expected.

AceShowbiz - Madonna is still not fit enough to be hitting the stage, days after she was discharged from the hospital. The 64-year-old singing diva is reportedly still "weak and very tired" as she continues to recover from a serious bacterial infection.
With only ten days left before the scheduled start of her "Celebration Tour", Madge's recovery is not going as quickly as she expected, leaving the future of the tour uncertain. One source tells TMZ that she spends most of her time in bed.
Despite her slow recovery, Madonna allegedly still has no plans to postpone the tour, at least not yet. Deliberately or not, she avoids addressing the subject with most of the people she interacts, according to the report.
The "Celebration Tour" is supposed to kick off in Vancouver, Canada on July 15. Her reps have not commented on the matter, while the first available tour ticket on Ticketmaster is now for Tuesday, July 18, in Seattle.
Madonna was rushed to the hospital on June 24 amid her strenuous rehearsal for the tour. She reportedly had been ill for some time and ignored symptoms including a "low-level fever" for up to a month before she was found "unresponsive" at one point and had to be intubated for at least one night at the hospital.
When revealing her health scare, her longtime manager Guy Oseary announced that her upcoming "Celebration Tour" was being put on hold. He said on Instagram, "At this time we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour. We will share more details with you as soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows."
The "Frozen" singer was discharged from the hospital after five days, but she was allegedly "vomiting uncontrollably" since she got back to her house. Sources said she was bedridden at her house in New York City as of late June.
