On Saturday, July 1, the 53-year-old unleashed a throwback photo of her when she was in elementary school age. The singer followed it up with a more recent image that showed her smiling.

In the caption, Gwen gushed, "who's gonna tell her she's receiving a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star?! She then exclaimed, "this feels like a dream !! thank u to everyone who made this possible."

Gwen is one of the names to be included in the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class 2024. Other stars to receive the accolades include, Kerry Washington, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Michelle Yeoh, Brandy Norwood, Chris Pine as well as Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Gwen's post arrived more than a month after supported her husband Blake Shelton when he received his own star. During the May ceremony, she gave a sweet speech alongside the couple's friends Carson Daly and Adam Levine.

"The reason Blake Shelton is here today on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is because you are part of the country dream, the Hollywood dream and you are part of the American dream," Gwen said onstage. "And everybody knows you are my dream come true. I love you."

"There is no one more authentic than this guy. He lives and he breathes country music. He is a country music jukebox and it is in his DNA," she continued. "He was born to do this and hasn't done anything because he wanted to be a star. He has just always been a star."
