The accuser, who goes by Jane Doe No. 2, claims the country crooner 'sexually assaulted' her in his hotel room during a Las Vegas trip in July 2022 after they first met on a plane.

AceShowbiz - Jimmie Allen is facing another lawsuit amid his sexual assault case. A woman identified as Jane Doe No. 2 is suing the country star for allegedly filming her during sex.

In court documents filed on Friday, June 9, the woman said she met Jimmie on a plane in 2022. At that time, she did not know who he was and he reportedly asked for her phone number.

The accuser and Jimmie had since been engaged in "daily" long-distance communication over the phone. At that time, the musician was still married to Alexis Gale but he told the woman that they had separated and wanted to marry her.

In July 2022, the woman and Jimmie had a trip to Las Vegas and that's when things turned south. She claimed Jimmie "sexually assaulted" her in his hotel room before passing out. Once she went to leave the room, she noticed that the crooner "surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed and had been videotaping the entire event."

Jane Doe No. 2 stated in her lawsuit that she was unable to wake Jimmie up to delete the alleged recording, so she took his phone and brought it to police. In her complaint, the woman said she's suffered "extreme emotional distress, including anxiety and depression," and has been unable to "trust" in the wake of the alleged incident. Thus she's suing Jimmie for assault, battery, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress.

This arrived after woman who used to be one of Jimmie's managers filed a lawsuit against him. She's suing him for assault and sexual abuse after he allegedly "raped her and repeatedly subjected her to sexual abuse and harassment over a period of 18 months."

One of the incidents includes the time when they were heading to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in May 2021. The woman told Variety that Jimmie groped "her breasts on the plane, [pushed] his erect penis against her body in public and [masturbated] in front of her at the hotel where they were both staying" during their trip. He also reportedly "forced his fingers into her vagina" inside the car after leaving the taping.

The accuser additionally said that Jimme took his virginity as he allegedly raper her during a work trip to Los Angeles in March of that year. "I was disconnected from my body, feeling a sense of panic," she told the outlet.

After the woman brought up the allegations, Jimmie issued a public apology to his estranged wife, Alexis. "I want to publicly apologize to my wife, Alexis, for humiliating her with my affair," he wrote in an Instagram post on May 18, before apologizing to his children "for being a poor example of a man and a father."

While he admitted to infidelity, the 37-year-old made no mention of the rape and sexual abuse allegations in his statement. "I challenge everyone to seek help when they need it. Do not be afraid of your weakness, surround yourself with people that will help you. Be blessed," he concluded his statement, without any caption to the post. He also turned off the comments.
