The 'Pursuit of Happiness' rapper released 'Porsche Topless' on Friday, June 2, a few months after he announced that he's looking forward to unleashing what he dubbed 'album of the year.'

AceShowbiz - Kid Cudi has gotten things off his chest. The rapper called out Apple Music on Tuesday, June 6 for not showing "proper" lyrics of his new single, "Porsche Topless".

"Hey Guys @AppleMusic, I put in the time to write out all my lyrics and send them to u," Cudi declared on Twitter. "Its really stressful to see you guys just make up whatever lyrics you want and not include the proper lyrics that were given to you. Please fix PORSCHE TOPLESS so my fans have the correct lyrics. Thanx! Scott."

The issue was settled in no time though. Expressing her gratitude to Apple's DJ Reflex, Cudi wrote, "LYRICS FIXED!! ⁦@djreflex Reflex my guy, thanx for holding me down!!"

Cudi released "Porsche Topless" on June 2. Back in March, he told fans that he would be dropping some new songs this month. He also announced during an Instagram Live that he's looking forward to dropping what he dubbed "album of the year."

"I've never made a project this powerful before in my life. Sitting, listening to these mixes, I just know that this s**t is going to move you," Cudi stated. "Y'all are going to f**k with this s**t in such a major way and I'm so f**king excited."

"I just wanted to get on here and just let y'all know that I'm not gonna let y'all down," he continued. "This is gonna be the album of the year right now, I'm not playing. This is not a f**king joke. Tell everybody you f**king know, ok?"

The upcoming album will be likely Cudi's last album before he quit music. "Im doin 1 more album and then im done w my deal and not sure what ima do after that but yea, 1 more. Wont be next year. Keep u posted (sic)," he tweeted in November 2022.

"This is for all my fans that have been ridin w me for so long. This will be all new music," the emcee further shared. "The songs ive teased ill prolly put out as singles here and there to hold u over (sic)."
