AceShowbiz - Al Pacino's girlfriend Noor Alfallah was seen in public for the first time since her pregnancy news. The 29-year-old appeared to try hiding her baby bump while being photographed in Los Angeles on Monday, June 5, a week after it was reported that they are expecting their first child together.

Obtained by Page Six, the photos saw Noor getting into a car while talking on the phone. She was joined by her mother as she exited a medical building. The "House of Gucci" actor, meanwhile, was nowhere to be seen.

During the outing, Noor seemingly tried her best to conceal her baby bump as she donned a baggy outfit. The Sony producer wore an all-black outfit that she paired with a black leather fur-trimmed coat. She completed her look with black-and-white striped Adidas sneakers and sunglasses.

Al was allegedly "excited" to be a dad again at the age of 83. The Academy Award-winning actor has "always loved" being a dad so is looking forward to the new arrival, an insider told PEOPLE. "Al loves being a father and always has. He is excited. Being a parent is and always was an important part of Al's life."

Previous report, however, claimed that "The Godfather" star was surprised by the pregnancy. The veteran actor, who already shares daughter Julie, 33, with ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant and 22-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with former partner Beverly D'Angelo, also reportedly demanded a paternity test from Noor as he doubted her pregnancy.

According to TMZ, he didn't believe he could get Noor pregnant because of "a medical issue that typically causes infertility." Noor already went through with the test, and it's proven that the Hollywood star is indeed the father of her child.

Another report also suggested that the expecting couple had split "long ago." Al "actually thought their relationship was over a long time ago," a source claimed, adding that he has had "lawyers … working on this for months." However, another insider debunked the rumors, noting that "they are still together."
