The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that Diddy's firstborn was arrested for driving under the influence as police observed a smell of alcohol coming out of the car.

AceShowbiz - Justin Combs' mom Misa Hylton has broken her silence after his son was arrested on DUI. Making use of her Instagram account, Misa seemingly insinuated that the incident was the result of his father Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' bad influence.
"I'm not Protecting no one anymore, Just my Son," so Misa wrote on Instagram Stories on Sunday, June 4, just hours after the news of the arrest broke online. "The statement 'a fish rots from the head down' means that, in addition to being a major contributing factor [sic] in a family or organization's success, leadership is also the root of cause of its failure and demise. The Truth shall set you free."
In a separate post, Misa went on noting, "Act Bad???" She added in the next slide, "Act BAD. BAD boy. I used to want be a BAD Girl I chose to be a QUEEN. Tried and true. I'm not perfect but I am INTENTIONAL."
While Misa went cryptic in her posts, fans believed that she was putting the blame on Diddy for Justin's recent run-in with the law. "A lot of y'all can't decipher 'baby momma': TRANSLATION: her son deddy be influencing his son with these ghetto a$$ FL city girl anthems. Attributing to the 'Act Bad' behavior. Supplying his son with Circoc and Delon and god knows whatever else," one fan wrote in an Instagram comment.
"She's trying to tell y'all that her son is innocent and he's taking the fall for his father like him and everybody else always do. Including her but she's not doing it anymore due to her metamorphosis from a bad girl to a Queen," another fan wrote.
Some others, meanwhile, trolled Misa for the posts. "She must be under the influence too..tf did I just read," one person said. "One thing a momma gon do is be delusional over her son," another comment read. "What you protecting him from? He the one out here driving drunk! The public needs protection from him," one other user slammed Misa.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that Justin was arrested for driving under the influence on Sunday, June 4. The 29-year-old was arrested after running a red light near Beverly Hills at around 8:00 A.M. The officer found Justin behind the wheel after he was being stopped. He had his car searched, and police observed a smell of alcohol coming out of the car.
"Officers conducted a traffic stop, and they observed the driver possibly under the influence of unknown alcohol or drugs," the Los Angeles Police Department told Fox News, adding, "The investigation revealed that he was under the influence."
The LAPD also noted that Justin "was put through a sobriety test that he failed." He was charged with misdemeanor DUI with his bail set at $5,000. He was allegedly released on his own recognizance.
