According to a newly-unveiled police report, officers responded to the estranged couple's Georgia home after the reality TV star reported a domestic dispute over her locked designer items.

AceShowbiz - Things apparently went hostile between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann before they decided to pull the plug on their marriage. The reality TV star has been accused of punching her estranged husband during an argument, one day before he filed for divorce.
According to a police report dated May 4 that is obtained by Page Six, two Milton Police Department officers responded to the estranged couple's Georgia home after Kim reported a domestic dispute. When cops arrived, she told them that her husband had locked her designer purses, jewelry and passport in a safe before hiding the key from her. She claimed the items were premarital assets totaling $175,000.
Kroy told a different story to cops, claiming that the goods were marital property. He explained that he took them with the intention of liquidating them to help offset some costs. He also alleged Kim had a gambling problem and that she had recently lost a large sum of money. He said they were discussing a possible divorce or separation at the time.
Per the cops' request, Kroy escorted the officers to the basement without Kim and opened the safe. Police noticed there were miscellaneous valuable items inside but no purses. The former NFL player also took out Kim's passport, which was in a Louis Vuitton case, and handed it to the cops.
Kroy then told them that Kim had punched him in the back of the head during an earlier altercation concerning the disputed property, but the officers did not see any visible injuries. He also refused medical treatment.
Kroy did produce a recording of the alleged incident, but did not want to press charges. Kim was not arrested for the alleged incident.
The following day, the day Kroy filed for divorce, Kim called the cops again and claimed that he had locked her out of their primary bedroom. She said she needed access to her medication, but Kroy said he had left her medication in the hallway.
As reported before, Kim and Kroy filed for divorce from one another on May 5. He has accused her of gambling problem, while she has demanded that Kroy get drug-tested. They are both seeking sole legal and primary physical custody of their four biological children, Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.
Their divorce news came around the same time it was reported that the former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star and the former football player owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes for 2018.
