Meanwhile, Rihanna retains her top spot on the list of richest women in music, though she only ranks #20 overall on the America's Richest Self-Made Women list.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has reached another milestone, thanks to her sold-out "The Eras Tour" concert. The country-turned-pop superstar has been named the second richest self-made woman in music, according to Forbes.

Forbes released its annual list of America's Self-Made Women on Thursday, June 1. While the "Anti-Hero" songstress only ranks #34 overall on the list, she places second among other females in the music industry with a reported net worth of $740 million.

The magazine attributes Taylor's wealth to the success of her 2022's album "Midnights". Following the release of her tenth studio album, she became the first artist in history to claim the top ten spots on the Billboard Hot 100 song list. Her "Eras Tour" is additionally expected to gross $1.6 billion which would raise her fortune by the end of this year.

The 33-year-old has surpassed Madonna, who reportedly has a net worth of $580 million, and Beyonce Knowles, with an estimated net worth of $540 million. The "Like a Virgin" hitmaker and the "Run the World (Girls)" singer land at No. 45 and No. 48 respectively overall on the Self-Made Women list.

Meanwhile, Rihanna retains her top spot on the Richest Self-Made Women in Music list. With an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion, nearly doubling Taylor's figure, she ranks #20 overall on the America's Self-Made Woman list.

The "Umbrella" hitmaker, who has not released an album since 2016's "Anti", is also making money through cosmetics. Her cosmetics company Fenty Beauty, which she co-owns with French luxury retailer LVMH, doubled its revenue in 2022. She also has a 30% stake in her Savage x Fenty lingerie line, which earned a $1 billion valuation in February of last year.

Oprah Winfrey, with a reported net worth of $2.5 billion, ranks #13 on America's Self-Made Women list, with Kim Kardashian placing 21st, trailing behind Rihanna, with an estimated $1.2 billion. Diane Hendricks is at the top of the list with $15 billion from ABC Supply, the largest wholesale distributor of roofing materials in the U.S.
