Kim Zolciak Selling Her Used Wigs Amid Kroy Biermann Divorce Due to Alleged Financial Woes

The former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star's pricey wigs, some of which are claimed to be brand new, are up for sale on her online website starting at $1,500

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak is apparently in serious need of cash amid her divorce from Kroy Biermann due to reported financial issues. The reality TV star is clearing out her closet and selling her personal items to make some money.

Kim has put some of her used wigs up for sale on her online website, The Biermann's Closet. There are seven different wigs, including a brunette lace front, an ash blonde creation with dark roots and a bouncy honey-colored mane.

They are all pricey, with the prices ranging from $1,500 to $2,750. "Enjoy shopping personal pieces from Kim's salon that are slightly worn or even some that are BRAND NEW," the listing description reads.

After Kim and Kroy filed for divorce from one another on May 5, she has been accused of gambling problem by her estranged husband. The former NFL star states in legal documents that the former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star has been showing some "very troubling behavior" that's accelerated in the months leading up to their divorce. He claims Kim has admitted to him that she's "spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance," and "this compulsion has financially devastated the parties."

Kroy claims that Kim is unable to properly care for the couple's four minor children because her "time is so consumed with online gambling." He says he's concerned for the kids' safety and well-being as they are both seeking sole legal and primary physical custody of their biological children.

For that reason, Kroy asks the judge to order Kim to undergo a mental evaluation. He argues that her alleged gambling problem may be the result of underlying mental health issues like depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder or ADHD.

The pair's divorce news also came in light of reports that they owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes for 2018.
