AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles' highly anticipated "Renaissance" world tour has been officially kicked off. The pop diva made her first stop in Stockholm, Sweden on Wednesday, May 10, treating the crowd at Stockholm's Friends Arena to show-stopping performances and a ton of surprises.

Beyonce opened her concert, which marked Beyonce's first solo tour since 2016's "Formation World Tour", with a performance of her throwback hit "Dangerously in Love". For the performance, she hit the stage in a silver beaded Alexander McQueen catsuit with exaggerated hips. She followed it up with a series of ballads, including "Flaws and All", "1+1" and "I Care."

After a brief intermission, the legendary pop icon continued her three-hour concert by launching into the "Renaissance" portion of the set. She belted out some songs from her latest album, such as "I'm That Girl", "Cozy", "Alien Superstar", "Cuff It", "Energy" and "Break My Soul."

The wife of Jay-Z later introduced the themed sections in her show which were "RENAISSANCE," "MOTHERBOARD", "OPULENCE" ANOINTED" and "MIND CONTROL." She then delivered some parts of her performance on a metallic tank in addition to performing "Partition" while riding what looked like a giant robot vagina.

Bey further proved her class of a star when she performed "Church Girl", during which she created a stunning visual by using UV lights to transform her choir robe into a stained glass look. Concertgoers were then thrown all the way back to 2003's "Crazy in Love" as well as "Get Me Bodied" and "Love on Top". Concluding her show, the Grammy-winning musician dressed up as a bee while singing "Renaissance" standout "America Has a Problem".

The Stockholm concert marks the first stop for the European leg of the "Renaissance World Tour" which will run through the end of June. Beyonce is later set to bring her magical performance to the North American leg that will begin with two shows in Toronto before going zig-zag across the United States.
