AceShowbiz - Alexander Ludwig and his wife Lauren Ludwig have finally welcomed their rainbow baby. When introducing the new bundle of joy's arrival to the world, the new parents unleashed a photo of the two posing with their newborn daughter.
In the picture shared on the couple's respective Instagram accounts, "The Hunger Games" actor was seen hugging his spouse from behind. The new mom, in the meantime, took the mirror selfie while cradling her baby.
"Leni James Ludwig decided to come on her own schedule 4 weeks early. Born 4/27/23 at 7:24am. @alexanderludwig was in another state filming and made it back just in time," the pair captioned the snap. "A labor story for the books."
Hours later, Lauren gave fans a closer look at her baby by posting a photo of the tot sleeping soundly. "The most perfect 6lbs I could ever dream of," she gushed in the accompanying message.
Alexander confirmed his wife's pregnancy on February 10. Alongside a mirror selfie of him posing behind his spouse who debuted her baby bump, he penned, "It's been a long road, and we wanted to wait until things were looking promising this time around. Thank you guys for all of the support. We couldn't be more grateful. and if you were wondering…yam is stoked."
Alexander went on to quote the caption of Lauren's post, "@laurendludwig Baby Ludwig coming May 2023." The message added, "As a lot of you know it's been a long road for @alexanderludwig and myself. We suffered 3 losses before this one but each one of those losses taught us about ourselves and each other. To everyone out there who has suffered miscarriages before, there is light on the other side of your journey. You are not alone."
