"Grateful to have the chance to celebrate such an amazing life on and off the field with friends and family. Even more grateful to get through 30 minutes of beach football with no serious injuries," he wrote.

Tom shared the party video around six months after finalizing his divorce from his now ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. The two were married for 13 years before parting ways. They shared 13-year-old son Benjamin and 10-year-old daughter Vivian together. He is also a father to 15-year-old son Jack, whom he had with his ex Bridget Moynahan.
