AceShowbiz - Adele and Rich Paul apparently are ready to walk down the aisle anytime soon. According to a new report, the NBA super agent has agreed to take his relationship with the "Easy on Me" hitmaker to the next level but with one condition.
"Rich Paul and Adele are set to get married this summer," MediaTakeOut claims of the couple, who has been together since 2010. However, the outlet notes that Rich does not want a prenup.
It is additionally said that the agent's demand is causing tension with Adele. The report shares that the "Chasing Pavements" singer is a woman in love but not blinded by it. She allegedly hopes to protect her assets in an iron-clad prenup before tying the knot.
Adele's concern is understandable. The British star went through divorce with her ex-husband Simon Konecki and had to reach a $190 million divorce settlement.
Last month, a report suggested that while Adele and Paul Rich remain strong after dating for nearly two years, their relationship is allegedly not built on solid ground. It was said that the singer's inner circle expressed concerns that he will leave her heartbroken when he'll just leave her one day as they question his genuine intention in dating her.
"Rich is a very charming, influential guy," a source said at the time. "But the worry is he's using Adele to boost his Hollywood profile and it'll all end in tears once he's gotten bored with her."
The so-called insider went on to note, "Before they went public, hardly anyone had heard of the guy. Now he's front and center at all the big events, soaking up the limelight and encouraging her to get out there and party alongside him."
