The report arrives after the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' actress is spotted attending Vanity Fair's annual Oscars after-party without her engagement ring.

AceShowbiz - Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are apparently still working through relationship problems. If a new report is to be believed, the "Transformers" actress and the musician's engagement is "likely over" soon.

On Tuesday, March 14, PEOPLE reported that "they're not completely done." A source close to the couple told the outlet, "They're still trying to sort through things, but most of their friends think it is likely over. They're just not ready to totally call it yet."

The report came after Megan was seen without her engagement ring when she attended Vanity Fair's annual Oscars after-party on Sunday, March 12. Walking the red carpet without her fiance, the 36-year-old beauty drew attention with her new hair color and risque look instead. She debuted her new bright fiery red locks as she donned a black strapless Miss Sohee Couture gown which features a very plunging neckline and form fitting frock.

The "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" actress still blinged out that night though she appeared to leave her engagement ring home, opting for a sparkling necklace and a matching ring by Mouwad as her accessories.

An eyewitness spilled to Page Six that Megan looked like she was having fun at the party despite her ongoing relationship drama with MGK. She was reportedly grooving to music and sipping a drink in an outdoor area.

The source added that the "Jennifer's Body" star was staying close to "Black Adam" actor Noah Centineo as well as her agent Chuck James, plus three female friends. "She was spending a lot of time talking to Centineo," the onlooker dished. "She looked like the cat who ate the canary."

Megan and MGK sparked split rumors in February when she shared a cryptic post featuring photos of herself and a video of an envelope being burned in a fire pit. In the caption, she quoted Beyonce Knowles' lyrics from her 2016 song "Pray You Catch Me" which read, "You can taste the dishonesty/ it's all over your breath." She also deleted all photos and videos of the couple before deactivating her account.

When fans speculated that MGK was cheating with his guitarist Sophie Lloyd, Megan clarified, "There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind." She added, "That includes, but is not limited to...actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons."

Recently, it's said that Megan and MGK are having daily couples' therapy via Zoom to save their relationship. "(They are) talking to a couples therapist every day via Zoom. Megan feels that they must give therapy a shot before making any permanent decisions," a source told Page Six in late February.
