AceShowbiz - Julia Fox couldn't believe that her father and her brother had a run-in with the law. The "Uncut Gems" actress reportedly was left "heartbroken" by the news of their arrest.

Fox's father Thomas and brother Christoper were busted in New York City on Wednesday, March 8. They were taken into custody on drug and weapons charges.

Friends of Fox later informed Page Six that she was stunned by the news because they didn't have a prior criminal history. The ex-girlfriend of Kanye West thinks her brother Chris is "brilliant" though "he's struggled to believe in himself enough to put his mind to use."

Fox previously talked about growing up in the city with her single dad and brother. "He's like a mad scientist recluse," she said of her sibling, whom she didn't see often. "He builds 3D printers for fun."

It was unveiled that police raided their Manhattan apartment on Wednesday and found a bevy of illegal materials. According to law enforcement sources, the officers discovered ghost guns and evidence of narcotics manufacturing inside the property.

Police reportedly entered Thomas and Christopher's home in Upper East Side around 6 A.M as part of a larger ghost gun investigation. The investigators recovered ghost guns, which are weapons without traceable serial numbers that are often sold piecemeal, as well as 3D-printed parts like lower receivers.

Cops also allegedly recovered 3D printers, polymer material as well as unidentified pills, a pill press, pressure cookers, fentanyl, chloroform, heroin, propane, formaldehyde, and materials often used to make explosives. Spurces claimed charges against them are pending.
