AceShowbiz - Another couple who debunked the claim that age disparity is affecting relationships is Cher and Alexander "AE" Edwards. The new couple has proven that they're still going strong despite having a 40-year age gap.
The pair started dating in November last year after they met at Paris Fashion Week. Shortly after the news of their romance made headlines, the 76-year-old icon defended their relationship. "On paper, it's kind of ridiculous," she said during her appearance on "The Kelly Clarkson Show". "But in real life, we get along great. He's fabulous. And I don't give men qualities that they don't deserve."
Cher even gushed over her boyfriend, saying that AE is "very kind, very smart, he's very talented, and he's really funny." She further said of her 36-year-old beau, "And I think he's quite handsome."
