AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams is seemingly working on a new project. Words on the streets are that the former daytime TV queen is filming a mystery project in New York City amid growing concern among fans over her well-being.
Page Six reported on Thursday, February 23 that the former "The Wendy Williams Show" host was at Fresco by Scotto on Tuesday, holding court and filming a new mystery project. Sources said the former radio personality, who has been lying low since battling health and addiction issues, took the power eatery by storm.
"Basically it was a regular night.. and then all of the sudden the Wendy Williams train arrived," one insider detailed. "She had a huge crew that basically turned Fresco by Scotto into a movie set.. approximately 30 people in the crew. Lights, cameras, audio, producers, etc. [It] looked like a reality show."
The source continued, "One of the 'scenes' was Wendy having dinner with a friend. Wendy came into the dining room with her big personality waving at all the guests, like they were extras in her movie."
Photos of Wendy outside the eatery showed she was wearing a combo of Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Fendi. "Dinner with the TEAM!" she captioned a video of herself posing for paparazzi outside the restaurant, sharing the clip on her upcoming podcast's Instagram account.

"She looks out of it… I miss her hope she's doing better," one person commented. A second wrote, "Looks like some mental decline. She doesn't seem herself. Hope she is being well taken care of."
Wendy didn't waste her time to assure fans that she's doing just fine. When arriving at Fresco by Scotto on Tuesday, the former talk show host spoke to photographers, "I went to the doctor and I weigh 138, pretty right?" as she made her way into the Tuscan restaurant.
Not stopping there, Wendy was seen heading for a workout on Wednesday. She looked stylish as she wore a varsity-style jacket in support of baseball's New York Yankees with a navy blue front and off-white arms.
