AceShowbiz - Morgan Wallen's ex-fiancee KT Smith was involved in a nasty car crash in Nashville on Wednesday, February 22. She took to her social media account to share some pictures of the facial injuries that she suffered from the accident.
On her Instagram Stories, Smith shared images of her wrecked SUV and noted that she's "thankful to be alive." In another slide, Smith expressed gratitude to her "sweet friends/family" for their support.
Smith, who tagged her friends Caden McGuire and Gabriella Payant, also wrote that a doctor walked by and said that "they shouldn't be alive, and he definitely shouldn't be alive." The "he" seemingly refers to her friend McGuire, who came into the room and prayed with her while still being "not even completely stitched up." She implied that he and Payant were in the car with Smith.
The influencer also posted a close-up picture of her bruised and swollen face. "hahaha demogorgan," she wrote over the snap, making light of the injury. According to Smith, she had a hard time walking after the car crash.
A follower, meanwhile, seemingly accused Smith of being vague about the crash and believed that drinking was involved. Smith, however, was quick to fire back as she wrote, "Some semi ran a red light and demolished us, so thank you for your kindness and concern."
She added that she was the one driving and is herself confused about why the injuries appear to be on the right side of her body. "My face is basically broken and I can't walk on my right side. It must have been from spinning so many times or the airbags," she divulged.
Smith and Wallen were in a relationship before calling it quits in 2019. She and the country star welcomed their son, Indigo Wilder, in July 2020.
