AceShowbiz - Megan Fox has further proven that there's no "third party interference" in her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly. The "Jennifer's Body" actress turned to social media to gush over MGK's "insanely talented" guitarist Sophie Lloyd.
After reactivating her Instagram on Sunday, February 19, the 36-year-old actress commented on Sophie's latest Instagram post. "How me making a joke in order to absolve this girl of a hurtful accusation somehow turned into a confirmation of it - I will never understand," she wrote, adding, "Why are people so….so dumb."
"Welcome to Hollywood. Your first unwarranted PR disaster," Megan continued, "You have now been baptized by the flames of fame. It only gets worse from here unfortunately." The "Transformers" beauty later advised Sophie to "just ignore it as much as you can," concluding, "Middle finger up." In response, the 26-year-old musician said, "The internet is so wild! Sending so much love."
Megan deactivated her Instagram account shortly after she hinted that she and MGK were having some issues in their relationship. At the time, she shared photos of herself and a video of an envelope being burned in a fire pit. In the caption, she quoted Beyonce Knowles' lyrics from her song "Pray You Catch Me" which read, "You can taste the dishonesty/ It's all over your breath."
After fans speculated that MGK was cheating on her with his guitarist Sophie, the latter's management team hit back, "Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media."
"Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue," the statement further read. "It's disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else."
Megan herself squashed the false narrative when she first returned to Instagram. "There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes, but is not limited to...actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons," she declared, "While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now."
Amid the separation rumors, it's reported that Megan is "still upset" with MGK but the pair "are working through their issues and haven't split." A source spilled to PEOPLE, "Megan is still upset but is not giving up on their relationship. He feels the same way. They are getting professional help because they want things to work out."
