AceShowbiz - Gisele Bundchen proves her relationship with her ex-husband Tom Brady remains amicable. After the Tampa Bay Buccaneers player announced his retirement from football for the second time, the supermodel showed support for him.

The 45-year-old NFL star made the announcement in an Instagram video that he shared on Wednesday, February 1. In the clip, he noted that he was retiring "for good" this time, referring to his decision to retire and unretire over the course of 40 days back in 2022.

"I'm retiring. For good. I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning I figured I'd just press record, and let you guys know first," he declared. "I won't be long-winded. You only get one super emotional retirement essay, and I used mine up last year, so really thank you guys so much."

He went on to extend his gratitude "to every single one of you, for supporting me, my family, my friends, teammates, my competitors." He continued, "I could go on forever. There's too many. Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream... I wouldn't change a thing. Love you all."

The post didn't go unnoticed by Gisele. Taking to the comment section, the Brazilian beauty replied, "Wishing you only wonderful things in this new chapter of your life."

Gisele and Tom legally ended their 13-year marriage in October last year. Following the split, they agreed to have joint custody of their kids. More recently, it's reported that Gisele "knows" that she "made the right decision" to divorce Tom.

"[Gisele] feels confident, strong and better than she has in a long, long time," a source told PEOPLE, before revealing that "Gisele will do what she needs to do and go where she needs to be, and I think that includes the Met Gala red carpet."
