According to the court documents, during his early career, 'The Beautiful People' crooner sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in his tour bus and threatened to kill her family if she spoke out.

AceShowbiz - Marilyn Manson faces more sex abuse allegations. "The Beautiful People" crooner has been slapped with brand new lawsuit over an alleged sexual assault of a minor during his early career.

According to the bombshell lawsuit filed on Monday, January 30 in New York's Nassau County Supreme Court, the disgraced rocker groomed and repeatedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in his tour bus in the '90s. It's also alleged that he threatened to kill her family if she spoke out.

The alleged victim, who filed suit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, stated in the legal papers that Marilyn sexually assaulted and raped her many times from 1995 through 1999, beginning a few days after her 16th birthday on September 15, 1995. The musician was engaged to "Charmed" actress Rose McGowan from 1997 to 2001.

The now-44-year-old accuser, who lived in Maryland at the time, said that after Marilyn's show, she and a group of other young girls waited outside the singer's tour bus, but he only invited her and another girl in. She claimed he asked them detailed questions about their ages, where their parents were and even jotted down their phone numbers and addresses.

Then, while on the bus, Marilyn, born Brian Warner, "performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration," all while another bandmate was watching, the filing read.

Marilyn later told her to "get the f**k off of my bus" after he's done, before threatening to kill her family if she spoke about what happened, the court papers claimed. Jane Doe "was in pain, scared, upset, humiliated and confused," and soon after the incident developed a drug and alcohol addiction.

Weeks later, Marilyn contacted her at her home, asking her to send racy photos of herself and her friends to his fan club Satan's Bake Sale, the suit stated. Per the documents, he also spoke to her through an internet chat group, getting her to come to another performance in New Orleans, Louisiana, on December 9, 1995. There, he "groomed Plaintiff by complimenting her, playing with her hair and looking at the photos and drawings she brought with her," before again sexually assaulting her.

The accuser also brought claims against Marilyn's record labels Interscope Music and Nothing Records, claiming they promoted and profited off the star's sexual deviance, including an apparent penchant for pedophilia.

Jane Doe is suing for unspecified damages. "Brian Warner and his promoters are now held to answer for decades of decadence, violence, predation, and intimidation," her lawyer Jeff Andersen said in a statement.

This is the first suit with allegations of sex crimes from the early days of Marilyn's career. The lawsuit came just a week after he and "Game of Thrones" actress Esme Bianco, who claimed he drugged, tortured and sexually assaulted her, agreed to settle the lawsuit she filed against him in 2021.

Earlier this month, a judge also threw out a lawsuit filed against Marilyn by his ex Ashley Morgan Smithline, who had previously accused him of raping and abusing her during their two-year on-and-off relationship.

Esme and Ashley were among a dozen women who came forward with allegations of sexual abuse against Marilyn after actress Evan Rachel Wood claimed on Instagram in 2021 that he had abused her, which he said was untrue. Marilyn sued Evan for defamation but she stood by her claims, saying, "I have the truth on my side."
