During a red carpet interview with The Shade Room, the one-half of City Girls also shares that not getting along with our partner's family cannot be seen as a deal breaker.

AceShowbiz - Yung Miami couldn't be happier to have met Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' family. Revealing that she has met the hip-hop mogul's mom and his children, the one-half of City Girls gushed, "[They're] so cool."
The female rapper recalled her experience when speaking to The Shade Room on a red carpet. "It just felt like family," she raved. "Mama Combs, I love her, she treat me like I'm her own. The twins, I love the twins, they City Girls, they so cool. I love the Combs family."
Earlier in the interview, Miami shared that not getting along with our partner's family cannot be seen as a deal breaker. "I've been in a situation like that. It can't be a deal breaker, but I feel like if the person is a family person, that'll be hard," she said.
"That's they family, you can't be beefin' with somebody and they family and they love them. Yeah, it shouldn't be a deal breaker, I ain't got time to be beefin' with yo mama," she further explained. "I don't go with yo mama, I go with you. I would love to just be grown and have a conversation. But at the end of the day, no. It's either me or your mama, get to choosin'!"
Miami and Diddy have been in an open relationship. In December 2022, the Bad Boys Founder insisted that the femcee is not his "side chick" after he welcomed his seventh child with another woman.
The 53-year-old rhymer made the statement while hitting back at DJ Akademiks, who commented on the couple's relationship after news emerged Diddy had welcomed another daughter with cyber-security expert Dana Tran. "@yungmiami305 is not my side chick. Never has been, never will be. She's very important and special to me, and I don't play about my Shawty Wop," he declared.
"I don't discuss things on the internet and I will not start today," he continued. "So think what you want. But know that if you do something to hurt mine, I'm gonna to come to your house and we're gonna talk about it like human beings. LOVE."
