The 43-year-old Poosh founder, who tied the knot with Travis Barker earlier this year, previously divulged why they decided to put their IVF process on hold in an episode of 'The Kardashians'.

AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian is back in the gym. The former "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star revealed on Thursday, December 8 that she "finally" got her energy back after pausing her IVF treatment.

Making use of Instagram Story, the 43-year-old shared a photo of her treadmill's dashboard. "Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF," she penned. "For anyone else going through it, it gets better!"

Kourtney, who tied the knot with Travis Barker earlier this year, previously divulged why they decided to put their IVF process on hold. "After eight months of our IVF journey, we took a break and wanted to try things naturally," the Poosh founder said in an episode of her family's show, "The Kardashians".

The daughter of Kris Jenner, who shares Mason (12), Penelope (10) and Reign (7) with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, also revealed that she's been given good reason to remain optimistic. "The doctors had told us that we still have some really good-looking follicles and that it was the best they've seen," she explained.

Travis also admitted that the IVF treatment was "super hard" for his wife and believed fellow women will be able to relate to her story. "It's real life. And if any of that can help people - seeing Kourtney's journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman.," he told GQ magazine.

"You saw her struggle with it and talk about it," the Blink-182 drummer further shared. "It's, like, relatable, you know? I've never been fazed by any of that."
