The 'New Orleans Noel' star also reveals in an interview that her first child Ella, whom the actress shares with her NFL star ex Ed Hartwell, is 'so excited to be a big sister.'

AceShowbiz - Keshia Knight Pulliam is expanding her family with husband Brad James. On Thursday, December 1, "The Cosby Show" broke the exciting news to her Instagram followers with a Boomerang video.

The clip featured the actress showing off her baby bump while posing with Brad. Cheekily set to the tune of Salt-N-Pepa's 1986 smash hit "Push It!", the video was captioned, "Oh Baby Baby!! Baby James coming 2023!! #NewOrleansNoel December 3rd at 8pm EST #itsawonderfullifetime."

The video was taken on the set for "Tamron Hall Show", on which she revealed why she'd initially kept the news private. "Not that I've been trying to hide it," Keshia explained to host Tamron Hall. "But when you've had a miscarriage, when you've gone through his journey, you want to just enjoy this moment and want to make sure that everything is OK."

"So, we haven't been hiding it. I've been walking, and doing and living life. But in terms of making an announcement, we just haven't done that," the actress went on to say. Now that the cat is out of the bag, Keshia admitted, "It feels good," adding, "because I know so many people have gone on this journey with us."

The "New Orleans Noel" star also added that her first child Ella, whom she shares with her NFL star ex Ed Hartwell, is "so excited to be a big sister." She continued, "She talks to the baby regularly. I was on my belly, and she's gone on this journey too, so was like, 'Mommy, is the baby going to stay with us this time? Is it going to stay?' And she's so happy that it is and that everything is going well. She's going to be the most amazing big sister ever."

In a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight, Keshia shared she's feeling "very pregnant" but "happy." She went on elaborating, "[I'm] enjoying every moment. You know, when it's the last [one] you're like, 'Oh I know I have heartburn but it's OK.' "

Of his wife, Brad said, "She's doing really well, she's been preparing for this long before we actually did get pregnant. So she's very ready!"
