AceShowbiz - Is Meghan Markle planning to join the world of reality TV show? The Duchess of Sussex addressed chatters about her joining "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" one day in an interview with Andy Cohen.

While appearing in the Tuesday, November 29 episode of Meghan's podcast finale "Archetypes", the Bravo executive producer asked Meghan what she thought about fans wanting her to join "RHOBH" even though the mom of two actually lives in Montecito, California. "I'm like, she ain't joining the 'Beverly Hills Housewives' everybody, she's Meghan Markle!" Andy said.

Meghan was laughing in response to Andy's remarks. She then told Andy that she'd actually "never heard" of people wanting her to join the popular franchise. "You mean really that this is my audition for 'Real Housewives of Montecito'? Is this the moment?" she joked, to which Andy claimed that they would "build the show around you" if she were to join.

Meghan, however, made it clear that she's not interested in starring on any reality TV show for now. "There will be no reality show, but I think it's so fun," the wife of Prince Harry concluded.

During the interview, Meghan also revealed that she used to be a fan of "Real Housewives" franchise. "I was so eager to be on your show ['Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen'] because I was such a Housewives fan at the time and I just couldn't get booked Andy," she shared. "So thanks for being here with me."

Andy then asked if Meghan still watches "Real Housewives". "Well, I will tell you the truth. I stopped watching the Housewives when my life had its own level of drama," Meghan, who quit the royal family with her husband Harry and relocated to the U.S. in 2020, replied.

"I get why it was such a huge part of pop culture and when it began because you began with Orange County and I'm from California, at least. It felt remotely like a world that I knew but still felt so foreign," she continued.

While Meghan will not be joining Bravosphere anytime soon, she will be launching her and Harry's highly anticipated Netflix docuseries. Netflix has yet to release details about the upcoming show, but it was previously reported that the series will air on December 8 on the streaming giant.
