AceShowbiz - JT denied breaking up with Lil Uzi Vert. After a report suggested that they split because Uzi was having an affair, the one-half of City Girls quickly shut down the rumors, insisting that her partner is not a cheater.
The 29-year-old set the record straight as she replied to a Twitter post that read, "Word on the curb is that JT and Uzi split up this time because he was creeping with a model in LA." It added, "Was she too busy being a lap dog that Uzi had to 'do what he want' somewhere else? Guess we'll see how long it lasts this time."
In response, JT argued, "As long as me & Uzi been officially it's been fiction never facts when it came to women y'all want him to be a cheater so bad!" She continued, "Lmao he's not, actually I was mad about something super petty!"
JT's clarification arrived after she raised eyebrows with her tweet. On Tuesday, November 22, she wrote on the blue-bird app, "SINGLE." The female rapper did not give more details about her tweet, prompting fans to assume that she has broken up with Uzi.
As for Uzi, who preferred they/them pronouns, they also sparked split rumors with JT earlier this month. On November 13, the "XO Tour Llif3" spitter said they were "peaceful" being by themselves.
"Being by urself is actually peaceful," Uzi penned on Instagram Story. Hours later, JT tweeted, "Don't be sorry just be careful baby you know my heart is fragile." She added in another post, "I really want to get & stay married."
