AceShowbiz - Jake Gyllenhaal and Jeanne Cadieu are telling the world that they are pretty much still together. A few months after being hit with split rumors, the couple is photographed packing on PDA during a rare outing.
In photos circulating online, the "Nightcrawler" star and his model girlfriend were seen holding hands on Wednesday, November 23. During a rare public outing in New York City ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, the actor wore a stylish black leather jacket with asymmetrical zippers and a camouflage hoodie underneath. He added jeans, sunglasses and white sneakers.
As for Jeanne, she matched Jake's casual vibe with a long brown leather coat and what appeared to be denim overalls folded at the cuffs. The 26-year-old beauty completed her look with sunglasses, brown shoes and a cozy-looking navy blue hoodie. Jeanne also carried a brown purse and wore her hair down for the shopping trip in Manhattan's swanky SoHo neighborhood.
Jake and Jeanne, who are rarely seen together in public, first sparked romance rumors back in 2018. They made their red carpet debut as a couple at the premiere of "The Lost Daughter" in September 2021.
Following his red carpet debut with Jeanne, Jake seemed to indicate the relationship is serious. During the October 4 episode of "The Howard Stern Show", the actor said, "All I want is to be a good husband and a father…That really is what I want. And now that I have fulfilled a lot of things in my career that I feel comfortable with, I can safely say that. I don't know if I could have said that before."
Earlier this year, however, the couple was hit with split rumors after Jake was snapped enjoying a dinner date with a mystery brunette woman. While Jake and Jeanne never addressed the matter, they attended multiple red carpet events together.
In February this year, Jake called the gorgeous model "family" and gushed over her "support." He told Esquire magazine at the time, "In a lot of ways, we're family. I'm in a relationship that is full of love and support. I feel so at ease."
