In a new report, a former employee claims that the Yeezy designer, who often shows porn videos during work hours, once talked about a sneaker for himself to ejaculate in.

AceShowbiz - More allegations about Kanye West's antics at workplace have emerged online. In a scathing Rolling Stone report which was published on Tuesday, November 22, some former employees claimed that the Yeezy designer showed staffers porn and explicit images to control them.

One young creative alleged in the report that the 45-year-old hip-hop star showed him an explicit picture of Kim Kardashian during a 2018 job interview. "My wife just sent me this," the "Gold Digger" rapper allegedly told him while showing a "very revealing and personal" photo of "The Kardashians" star on his phone.

Another former employee also claimed that the Chicago rapper pulled up an explicit video of the reality TV star to the creative team at Yeezy that same year. A third person additionally confirmed that Ye often showed photos of the SKIMS founder, noting that the star was "not afraid to show explicit images or talk about situations that should be kept private."

The high ranking Yeezy staff members also penned a letter about Ye's assertion of dominance in "The Truth About Yeezy: A Call to Action for Adidas Leadership". It demanded that Adidas executives address Ye's alleged poor conduct as the staff believed that Ye had a "very sick pattern of predacious behavior toward women" who worked under him.

One employee claimed, "He showed me the video of Francesca Le: a buff porn star with a strap-on dildo f**king another girl in the a**. He's like, 'What do you think of it?' Not laughing at all." Another woman, meanwhile, went on to reveal that she witnessed Ye talking about a sneaker for himself to ejaculate in. "Not a sex-toy sneaker but something that you were so into that you would wanna have an intimate relationship. He'd be, like, 'Literally f**k.' He would be very clear on what that meant," she alleged.

About Ye's habit of showing porn videos during work hours, a former employee opined, "I feel it was a tactic to break a person down and establish their unwavering allegiance to him, testing and destroying people's boundaries." Meanwhile, one other claimed that Ye specifically targeted female employees.

Ye himself shared a glimpse of him playing a pornographic film to Adidas executives during a business meeting in a 30-minute video that he posted on his YouTube channel last month. One of the executives could be heard asking, "Is this a porn movie?" The father of four simply responded, "Yeah," to which one man replied, "Jesus Christ."

However, Ye ignored their apparent discomfort as he continued to hold his phone close to their faces. "Come on, man. Come on," one of the guys said as he pushed Ye's arm and phone away from him.

Neither Ye nor Kim has yet to comment on the allegations.
