The Crown Heights-born rapper was reportedly not home when the robbery happened as he was in New York City to celebrate the arrival of his latest studio record, 'King's Disease III'.

AceShowbiz - Nas has been celebrating the release of his new studio album, "King's Disease III". While the "If I Ruled The World" rapper was away, unfortunately, his Calabasas home was broken into by burglars who stole two bags of unknown items.

According to TMZ, the robbery took place at about 8:30 PM PT on Saturday, November 12. It was said that two men bypassed security and managed to get inside the emcee's property by smashing through a rear door.

Security was alerted by the crime after noticing the events unfold on a Ring camera. Though they quickly called the police, the culprits had already fled the scene when the cops arrived.

Nas was reportedly not home at the time since he was in New York City to celebrate the arrival of "King's Disease III". He's expected to assess the damages to his home and make a note of the lost items to help the investigation. No arrests have been made at this time by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Nas dropped "KD3", which has no features, on Friday. It marks his fourth consecutive project co-executive produced by Hit-Boy and follows "Magic" and the first two installments of the "King's Disease" series.

Hours after the album release, Nas announced his plans for an epic performance of the "King's Disease" trilogy. He is set to take the stage at Madison Square Garden in New York City for a one-night event on February 24, 2023.
