The rocker daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith will perform on the NBC sketch comedy show on Saturday, October 8, one day before she is set to release her upcoming album 'COPINGMECHANISM'.

AceShowbiz - Willow Smith is both excited and nervous ahead of her "Saturday Night Live" performance. The daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, who will perform at the sketch comedy show for the second time this year, jokingly said that she was "s**tting her pants" days before the gig.
"I'm honestly really, really surprised that I'm going to be on SNL twice in one year, five months apart," the 21-year-old said during an interview with Apple Music 1's Zane Lowe. "That's crazy. I'm really excited."
Willow previously appeared on the NBC show in April, joining Camila Cabello in singing their collaborative track, "Psychofreak". However, on Friday, October 8, the younger sister of Jaden Smith will perform alone.
"I'm nervous obviously, because being with Camila, a really, really good friend of mine, there's that feeling of comfortability there where you can look across the stage and be like, 'Girl, we're in this together. We're doing this,' " she recalled. "I'm not baring my soul alone on the stage."
"But now it's going to be me baring my soul alone on the stage," Willow further noted. "And I'm just so grateful and so excited, but also s**tting my pants, slightly."
Willow is set to drop her next album "COPINGMECHANISM" on Friday, one day before coming to "SNL". In an Instagram post shared in September, she declared, "TRACKLIST AND NEW ALBUM RELEASE DATE [COPINGMECHANISM] OUT EVERYWHERE [!--OCT 7!--]."
"I'm SO grateful for all the love you've shown the records off the new project," she added. "I'm working on some REALLY exciting things and just needed those two extra weeks. In the meantime, check out the tracklist & keep your third eye peeled for more news! I promise big stuff coming soon and I appreciate you guys putting up with my crazy a**."
