AceShowbiz - Kanye West may want to be a part of next year's one of biggest spectacles. After it's announced that Rihanna will headline Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show, the Atlanta native has shown interest in joining her onstage during the coveted gig.
It was recently reported that the Barbadian beauty has a long list of possible guest artists, including Ye, to join her for the Super Bowl Halftime Show. Knowing his chance to take part in the event, the Yeezy designer took to his Instagram Story on Thursday, September 29 to share a screenshot of Daily Mail's article about the news.
The post, however, has since been removed from the "Gold Digger" rhymer's Story. The 45-year-old has collaborated with Rih on "FourFiveSeconds" (2015), which was also jointly produced with Paul McCartney.
Rihanna confirmed on Sunday that she has been tapped for the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show, which will take place on February 12, 2023. The 34-year-old surprised her fans as she re-shared a post by Roc Nation that featured her hand holding an NFL ball with the caption which simply read, "Let's GO."
It was later reported that Rih has been mulling over a list of 50 possible guest artists to hit the stage with her during the coveted gig. According to TMZ, the "Only Girl (In the World)" singer is considering everyone she's has collaborated with over the years to possibly appear with her. The long list reportedly includes the likes of Ye, Drake, Jay-Z, Paul McCartney, Calvin Harris as well as Pharrell Williams among other names.
There's a chance that she may go solo without a guest, though it's likely that she will have at least one guest artist to join her like other performances in the previous years. It's currently unclear if the 34-year-old singer has made a decision on the guest artist or not.
