The 29-year-old Grammy-winning female rapper is forced to offer clarification about her appearance in the visuals after one viewer asks on Twitter, 'Why Cardi B look like that?'

AceShowbiz - Cardi B has set the record straight. Making use of Instagram, the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker explained why her face and body look "swollen" in the music video for GloRilla's "Tomorrow 2".

The 29-year-old femcee offered her clarification on Friday, September 23 after one viewer tweeted, "Why Cardi B look like that? It's something different," referring to her appearance in the visuals. In response, the New York City native said in an Instagram clip that it was related to her health instead of cosmetic procedure.

"[Let me know] if you know any water pills for me," the wife of Offset stated in a clip. "Because as yall can see --- 'cause a lot of y'all was like 'Wtf, her face.' I'm retaining water all over my body." The mom of two went on to share how the retention has effected her appearance. "That's why my cheeks, my lips, my thighs, my f**king feet. Everything is, my thighs are so swollen."

Back in March, Cardi slammed those who shamed her for changing looks. "The nose was done in 2020 sweety it's been 2 years and after 30 pounds added on my body due to pregnancy the nose finally settled and looked snatched," she fumed.

"I post every week so please tell me when I have the time to recover from every new face y'all claim I have every 2 day," the mother of two continued. "Is getting old... just say I look good and go."

As for GloRilla's "Tomorrow 2" and its visuals, they arrived on Friday. The clip opens with GloRilla hitting a mini market in New York City to meet some of her pals. They later drive around the city streets and dance in subway stations.

The Memphis native then texts her collaborator and asks her to join the gorup at a house party. The mom of two then shows up, sporting a varsity jacket, black pants and sunglasses. She raps in her verse, "Ridin' with my twin and nem, and we all on/ She say she my opp but I don't know her, had to look her up/ I know that I'm rich but I can't help it, b***h, I'm hood as f**k/ I've been on these b***hes neck so long, sometimes my foot get stuck."
